- If you have begun to receive our services and have accepted the initial draft or the first phase of the project, you are no longer eligible for a full refund.
- Timeframes:
- You can request a refund within 14 days from the date of your initial order.
- Refunds are not accepted after 14 days from the date of your initial order.
- Refund Process:
- To initiate a refund process, please contact us via email at info@numenordesign.gr with the subject “Refund Request”.
- In your email, please include your name, order date, and the reason for requesting a refund.
- Once we receive your request, we will contact you within 3 business days to discuss your request and confirm the details of the refund.
- Costs and Charges:
- If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method you used.
- There are no additional charges or costs for processing the refund.
