    • You can request a refund within 14 days from the date of your initial order.
    • Refunds are not accepted after 14 days from the date of your initial order.

    • To initiate a refund process, please contact us via email at info@numenordesign.gr with the subject “Refund Request”.
    • In your email, please include your name, order date, and the reason for requesting a refund.
    • Once we receive your request, we will contact you within 3 business days to discuss your request and confirm the details of the refund.
  4. Costs and Charges:
    • If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method you used.
    • There are no additional charges or costs for processing the refund.
